Military readiness
Physical standards, preparation, and accountability formed the first layer of the coaching lens.
Founder, coach, portal creator
Mitchell is the founder of B.O.M. Fitness and creator of the B.O.M. portal, building the coaching system and the technology layer around training, nutrition, recovery, physique, and human performance.
Foundation
Mitchell's path into fitness started through military service, physical readiness, and a long-term commitment to building a body that performs as well as it looks.
After military service, he worked as a personal trainer and found the part of coaching that still drives B.O.M. today: helping people build confidence, strength, structure, and higher standards through training.
He later spent seven years in law enforcement, then built B.O.M. as both a coaching model and a portal: a place where training, nutrition, recovery, data, and decisions can live together.
Physical standards, preparation, and accountability formed the first layer of the coaching lens.
Hands-on coaching experience shaped the ability to translate structure into confidence and execution.
Seven years in a demanding profession reinforced discipline, composure, and capability under pressure.
Mitchell created B.O.M. Fitness and is building the B.O.M. portal as the operating layer behind the coaching system.

Personal testing
Mitchell has spent more than 16 years refining his own approach to training, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and body composition. He has used different diet structures, tracked how his body responds, and used regular blood work and objective feedback to make smarter decisions while keeping long-term health in view.
That personal testing shaped both B.O.M. coaching and the B.O.M. portal: structured training, nutrition strategy, movement quality, recovery tracking, and accountability working together instead of competing for attention.

Why B.O.M. exists
B.O.M. Fitness exists for people who want a higher level of coaching and a better system behind it: training that has a purpose, nutrition that can be adjusted, recovery that is considered, body metrics that matter, and a portal that keeps the plan honest.
