About Mitchell

Built through discipline, experience, and years of personal testing.

My path into fitness did not start as a trend. It started through military service, physical readiness, and a long-term commitment to building a body that performs as well as it looks.

After serving in the military, I worked as a personal trainer and learned how much I enjoyed helping people build confidence, strength, and structure through training. I later spent seven years in law enforcement, where discipline, composure, accountability, and physical capability were part of everyday life.

I have been training for more than 16 years and have used that time to test, refine, and improve my own approach to training, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and body composition. I have experimented with different diet structures, tracked how my body responds, and used regular blood work and objective feedback to make smarter decisions while keeping long-term health in view.

B.O.M. Fitness is built from that same standard: structured training, nutrition strategy, movement quality, recovery tracking, and accountability brought together into one private coaching system. This is for clients who want more than random workouts — they want direction, consistency, and a higher level of execution.

Private Optimization Membership

This is not a per-session training package. It is a weekly private coaching membership built around a complete process: private training, nutrition structure, WHOOP-based recovery tracking, physician-directed bloodwork through an independent clinic, and high-touch accountability.

Training, nutrition, recovery tracking, and physician-directed bloodwork are part of the B.O.M. Fitness standard — not optional add-ons.

3–5 weekly training sessions based on client goals, scheduling, and availability.
